How much will I be charged for delivery?
For the whole United Kingdom, we will charge £4.99 for each order, and normally orders are sent via Royal Mail. However, our delivery is FREE for orders over £40.
How long will my order arrive?
We only provide standard delivery currently, in which orders are typically delivered within 1-3 working days from despatch.
I have received damaged or faulty goods, what do I do?
If you have received damaged or faulty goods then please contact our customer service team as soon as you can so they can investigate this for you and provide a suitable solution.
How can I return my order?
If you would like to return certain products, please email customer service team within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we cannot accept the return of items which have been opened or part-consumed, and we are not able to cover the cost of return postage.
